<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and a storage medium management system that improve the information security, as compared with the conventional cases, by reinforcing the prevention of information leakage. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes a storage medium interface connected to a removable storage medium, and the electronic equipment includes a communication section for communicating with the outside, and a control section. The control section sets an electronic mail address stored by a storage medium to be a transmission destination, and allows the communication section to transmit a mail, for notifying forgetting of the storage media, when the data operation instruction of the storage medium has not been received for prescribed time after the completion of the data operation of the storage medium, while the storage medium is being connected to the storage medium interface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
