<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing oxygen water capable of easily turning drinking water in a PET bottle into oxygen water. <P>SOLUTION: A cap 1 detachably attached to a mouth of the PET bottle is provided with: an oxygen jetting tube 4 having an oxygen jetting member 5, composed of a porous substance, at its lower end for inserting into the PET bottle to jet oxygen into the drinking water in the PET bottle; and a pressure control valve 6 for controlling a pressure in the PET bottle.
