<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a drink, for giving efficient absorption using vinegar in order to let GABA, and vitamins such as β-carotene and lycopene contained in tomato be efficiently absorbed in the body. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the drink includes heating tomato juice at 80°C for 30 min followed by cooling and bottling, adding vinegar, sweet Sake and common salt to the product, and re-heating the product at 100°C for 30 min followed by re-cooling to make the drink so that GABA and other vitamins contained in tomato are most efficiently absorbed in the body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
