摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical compensation film, hardly causing deformation of an optical compensation film even after an endurance test against high temperature and high humidity, and improving the elasticity of the optical compensation film so that plastic deformation is held down even when it is rolled and stored, and the occurrence of blocking is restrained by disposing a bar-like liquid crystal compound layer and an antistatic layer on separate surfaces, respectively. <P>SOLUTION: This optical compensation film has an optical anisotropic layer in which bar-like liquid crystals are aligned vertically on one surface of a transparent film and the alignment is fixed.
