PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve forme which can largely extend its service life by preventing the early plastic deformation of a notch formed in the sleeve forme and a method for manufacturing the sleeve forme. SOLUTION: The sleeve forme 30 includes a cylindrical sleeve support 31 stretching along the axis O and a plate body 33 which is installed on the peripheral surface of the sleeve support 31 and in which an image pattern to be printed is formed and is attached to a cylinder supported by the rotary drive shaft of a printing apparatus to be used. A reinforcement part 35 is formed in a circumferential part of the sleeve support 31.
