<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively manage the operation results of respective components in a plurality of image forming apparatus to determine whether the component replacement times in the respective image forming apparatus overlap. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A component replacement management system includes a data acquisition part for acquiring data of operation counter values of replaceable components in the plurality of image forming apparatus, and a control part for collecting the data to predict the replacement times of the respective components and determining whether the replacement times in the respective image forming apparatus overlap. A management program carries out steps of acquiring and collecting the data managed by the plurality of image forming apparatus, predicting the replacement times of the respective components from the data, and determining whether the replacement times in the respective image forming apparatus overlap based on the predicted result.
