PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article storage box which can easily cover a wall with an anti-slip sheet even though the box is intended for a small article, can reduce its production cost, can prevent a taken-out article from being easily caught by an open peripheral edge of an opening of a base material, thereby capable of improving merchantability, and to provide a mounting structure for the article storage box. SOLUTION: The article storage box is mounted to the side of a back surface 1N of the base material and opens in a design surface 1M thereof, wherein a predetermined wall 11 is configured to be freely openable and closable, an inner surface 11N of the wall 11 is covered with the anti-slip sheet 20 with the wall 11 opened, the wall 11 is closed, and a peripheral edge of the anti-slip sheet 20 is sandwiched between the wall 11 and adjacent walls 12, 13 adjacent to the wall 11.
