<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutralizing apparatus for exhaust gas condensed water, and a gas heat pump type air conditioner, which can control the volume increase within the neutralizer disposed to the lower part of the apparatus, and the number of times of the maintenance thereof can be decreased. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises the drain trapper 60 into which the exhaust gas of the engine is introduced to generate condensed water upon passage of the exhaust gas, and the remaining exhaust gas is discharged therefrom, a drain filter which is connected to the drain trapper 60, and disposed to the lower part of the apparatus, wherein the flow-in condensed water from the drain trapper 60 is neutralized with the inside neutralizer to discharge it to the exterior, and neutralizing members 61, 62 comprising the neutralizer for neutralizing the condensed water produced in the drain trapper 60, and being contained in the drain trapper 60.
