PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-diffusing polycarbonate resin composition having excellent light-diffusing performance and luminance, and to provide a light-diffusing plate obtained therefrom. SOLUTION: The light-diffusing polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a resin component comprising 90-99.9 wt.% of a polycarbonate resin (A) and 0.1-10 wt.% of polycaprolactone (B), 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a light-diffusing agent (C), and 0.001-0.1 pt.wt. of a fluorescent whitening agent (D), wherein the fluorescent whitening agent (D) has specific spectral characteristics. The light-diffusing plate is obtained by molding the composition. As the light-diffusing plate obtained by molding the light-diffusing polycarbonate resin composition has optical performance, such as much higher light-diffusing performance and luminance, it is suitable for use in a member covering a light source, that is, a diffuser of a direct type backlight unit and an edge light type unit for a liquid crystal television, a globe box of a lamp, switches of various devices, and general applications that require light-diffusing performance.
