摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coating resin from being damaged even when a solid-state electrolytic capacitor is mounted on a substrate after being left as it is in a high-humidity environment for a long time. SOLUTION: On a capacitor element 10 constituted by forming a tantalum oxide film 3, a manganese dioxide layer 4 being a solid-state electrolytic layer, and a cathode lead-out layer including a graphite layer 5 and a conductor layer 6 on a surface of a sintered body 2 made of tantalum powder of valve-acting metal and having a tantalum wire 9 implanted, a water-repellent resin layer 20 is formed which is made of a water-repellent powder resin containing no filler. The water-repellent resin layer 20 is formed over the entire outer circumferential surface of the capacitor element 10 except the tantalum wire 9 and a bottom surface opposed to the surface where the tantalum wire 9 is implanted. On the water-repellent layer 20, the coating resin 30 is formed of an insulating resin. Then a conductor layer is formed on the tantalum wire 9 and its periphery, to be the bottom surface to form an anode lead-out portion 40 and to be a cathode lead-out portion 50.
