PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin sheet capable of being prevented from swelling deformation caused by higher fatty acid such as oleic acid, palmitic acid, linolic acid, stearic acid or the like contained in hand oil or sweat secreted from the human body over a long period of time, hard to cause surface damage and suitable as a desk mat or the like. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin sheet superior in damage resistance and oleic acid resistance is obtained by piling up an ionomer resin on the surface of a base material layer consisting of an ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer. Further, a synthetic resin sheet consisting of an ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer with a methacrylic acid content of 9-12 wt.% or a synthetic resin sheet consisting of a resin composition obtained by mixing 40 wt.% or below of an ethylene/methacrylic acid/acrylic acid ester terpolymer with the ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer is excellent not only in damage resistance and oleic acid resistance but also in flexibility or compatibility.
