The pump has a body provided with a dosage chamber (1) comprising transporting fluid (5) e.g. chemically reactive fluid, and driving the fluid between an input part and an output part of the dosage chamber. The dosage chamber is provided with an isolating membrane (15) integrally fixed to walls or flanges (11), which are used for closing the dosage chamber to on end of the body of the pump, where the isolating membrane is made of PTFE. A fluid driving element e.g. piston, in the dosage chamber animates alternative movement to vary the volume of the dosage chamber. |
