PURPOSE: A surface processing method of a ferrite-based stainless hot rolled steel sheet is provided to increase the quality of surface by softening the strain hardening layer of the surface. CONSTITUTION: A surface processing method of a ferrite-based stainless hot rolled steel sheet comprises: a step of polishing an annealing-pickling processed hot rolled steel sheet in a coil polishing line(CGL); a step of re-annealing under Ac1 temperature; a step of reducing the surface scale by using a brush ; and a step of pickling the above. The ferrite-based stainless hot rolled steel sheet comprises less C 0.080 weight% and Cr 16.0~17.0 weight%. The pickling process step comprises next steps.
