METHOD OF PREPARING ULTRAFINE SHAPED POLYRSTER YARN HAVING ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of micro anti-bacterial fiber with modified cross-section is provided to improve antibacterial property of the fiber while improving spinning workability with nanosilver particles, and to prevent property degradation of a polyester polymer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of micro anti-bacterial fiber with modified cross-section comprises the following steps: forming an polyester composition with nanosilver particles of 50-2,000ppm by mixing nanoparticles of a 2-100nm diameter and a polyester polymer; molding the filament with the modified cross-section by melting the polyester composition with a spinneret; cooling the filament with the modified cross-section; forming undrawn yarns by solidifying the filament with the modified cross-section; and forming the drawn yarns with the modified cross-section by drawing the undrawn yarns.
