PURPOSE: An auxiliary steering wheel having a heating element is provided to warm a cold auxiliary steering wheel and to be wirelessly controlled in remote. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary steering wheel having a heating element(250) comprises: a handle rod(251); and a fixing ring(253) which is connected to the bottom of the handle rod and installs the handle rod to one side of the steering wheel for a vehicle and wherein a first heating element(300) is built. The first heating element is heated by a power source. A second heating element(210) is arranged in a steering wheel for a vehicle. One among the first heating element and the second heating element is composed of a sheet heating element or a hotwire.
