PURPOSE: A trunk cover for a vehicle is provided to accommodate a folded roof in a trunk and to enable operator to approach to cargo loaded in the trunk from the other side. CONSTITUTION: A trunk cover for vehicle(1) comprises: a trunk opening unit which enables a folded roof to be loaded in a trunk(3) and is opened in order to load cargo on trunk from the rearward; and a front edge(4) and a rear edge(5) which are respectively connected to body shells(6,7) of a vehicle with front latch and rear latches(8,9). The front latch and rear latch are connected to the trunk cover with a joint so that the trunk cover is opened rearward from the front.
