PURPOSE: A stray current collecting apparatus is provided to stably collect the stray current by interlinking a first connection line and a second connection line between a first metal plate and a second metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A first metal plate(21) is arranged in the first effluent point of the stray current. A second metal plate(22) is arranged in the second effluent point of the stray current in order to face the first metal plate. A first connection line(23) electrically interlinks the first metal plate and the second metal plate. A first storage battery(24) is arranged in the middle of the first connection line. The first storage battery stores energy according to the electric potential difference between the first metal plate and the second metal plate.
