RECEIVER FOR RECEIVING EMERGENCY PROMPT REPORT IN TERRESTRIAL DIGITAL TELEVISION BROADCASTING, TRANSMITTER FOR TRANSMITTING EMERGENCY PROMPT REPORT, AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver for distinguishably receiving an AC signal surely transferring an emergency prompt report to a recipient of terrestrial digital television broadcasting and an AC signal for transmission for the purpose of a job of a broadcasting station, a transmitter for transmitting AC signals, and a transmission system.

SOLUTION: The receiver includes: an AC extraction section 12 for extracting an AC carrier conveying an AC signal; a synchronizing signal pre-verification section 13 for verifying the extracted AC signal in comparison with a pattern for which it is predetermined whether or not a synchronizing signal is contained in the AC signal, and outputting telegraphic message information including an initiation flag signal for identifying presence/absence of an emergency prompt report only when the AC signal includes the synchronizing signal; and an AC information analysis section 3 for decoding the telegraphic message information when the initiation flag signal in the outputted telegraphic message information represents the presence of the emergency prompt report.
