<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-theft control device capable of enhancing anti-theft performance by preventing anti-theft control from being not performed due to the exhaustion of a battery. <P>SOLUTION: In the anti-theft control device, a door immobilizer 209 is provided on a driver's seat door, and a control unit 1 turns an ignition switch 101 off in the released state of the anti-theft control and performs the collation of an immobilization ID code when a door DRD is closed. When the collation is satisfied, the control unit starts the anti-theft control, and the execution of the anti-theft control, and when opening operation of a door handle DHR is performed, the collation of the immobilization ID code is performed.
