<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller that enhances functions for prevention of water entry, even if the motor controller has a breathing hole. <P>SOLUTION: In the front 31b of the case 31 of the motor controller 3, a fixing hole 31c and a breathing member 37 are provided. The breathing member 37 is fitted in the fixing hole 31c. A breathing hole 38 is provided in the breathing member 37. The breathing hole 38 circulates the internal and external air of the case 31.
