<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the maintenance operation of a treatment member contained in a cleaning part cylinder by facilitating removal of the cleaning part cylinder from between an upstream cylinder and a downstream cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: Flange parts 23C, 27C, 30B and 30C of the upstream cylinder 22, the downstream cylinder 26 and a filter cylinder 29 includes respectively a plurality of bolt insert holes 27C, 30D and 30E, and a long bolt 33 is inserted to the lower bolt insert holes 27D, 30D and 30E which a tool does not reach, and fastened to a nut 23D of the upstream cylinder 22. According to this, each of the cylinders 22, 26 and 29 can be fixed together by the long bolt 33 with the filter cylinder 29 being held between the upstream cylinder 22 and the downstream cylinder 26. The use of the long bolt 33 allows removal of only the filter cylinder 29 from between the upstream cylinder 22 and the downstream cylinder 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
