摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk i/o simulation obtained by taking a queue into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: A server i/o information database 42 for storing a data i/o amount and a queue to a disk of a server of a transfer destination and a storage performance information database 44 for storing an IOPS of the server of the transfer destination are provided. An i/o simulation function part 45 measures the maximum IOPS and queue to the disk of the server of the transfer destination and stores the maximum IOPS and queue in the storage performance information database 44, calculates the number of i/o requests obtained by adding the queue to a request IOP of the server of the specific transfer destination stored in the storage performance information database 44, and determines whether the calculated number of i/o requests exceeds the maximum IOPS to thereby simulate the possibility that data transferred from a disk of a server of a transfer source to the disk of the server of the transfer destination overflows. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
