<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling and regenerating apparatus for peeling printing ink from a print film roll that is generated as a defective article in a manufacturing process and is to be disposed, and then making a regenerated film. <P>SOLUTION: The peeling and regenerating apparatus includes a film let-out device 6 for letting out the print film F from the print film roll 5, a peeling resin brush 8 for peeling the ink from the print surface of the print film F that is being transferred, a scratching resin brush 17 for scratching off ink powder adhering to the film F1 without ink, a steam cleaning device 26 for removing a smudge by transferring the horizontally transferred film F1 in the vertical direction and jetting steam onto the reverse surface of the film, and a film recovery device 29 for winding up the steam-cleaned film F1, the devices being mounted continuously.
