<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a system of synchronizing/managing handling processes of deposited articles, for synchronizing/integrating required handling processes in anticipation of simultaneous shipment to the same customer when providing services to handle the deposited articles. <P>SOLUTION: When an arrival reception station 10 receives arrival of an article group 80 consisting of a plurality of articles 8, an electronic chart is created in a work management server 50 for each article group 80 and is stored in a database 51. Then, when a counseling response station 40 determines work prescription information regarding the works on the article 8 based on communications with a client 2 and registers the information in an electronic chart, the work management server 50 creates a work schedule for each bulk work unit. According to this work schedule, the work management server 50 manages the works to the article 8 in a work station 20 and a shipment station 30, respectively and achieves synchronization and integration of the article 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
