<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle sensor with high accuracy of measurement and little measurement variations among products. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 20 having a flange 20A is turnably disposed in a case 10, and a tip of the rotor projects from an aperture formed at a front wall 10C of the case. A tip of a ring bearing 13 supports a back end of the flange 20A in the case 10 through a springing wave washer 30, and a back end of the ring bearing is fixed on a wiring board 14. A magnet 21 is fixed to a back end of the rotor, and a magnetic sensor IC 15 is attached to the wiring board 14 to face the magnet with a space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
