PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive hot water floor heating system capable of coping with each living room and easy in construction, configuration and maintenance. SOLUTION: In this system in which a compact heater unit box 1 is disposed corresponding to a hot water circulation type floor heating panel 9, an air separation pressure tank 2, a circulation pump 3, a pipe heater 4 and a water supplying joint 6 are connected by rubber pipes 5A and received in the heater unit box 1 as a hot water circulating function, a return-side header 7B is connected and received in a tip of inlet-side piping P2, a going-side header 7A is connected and received in a tip of outlet-side piping P7, and the headers 7A, 7B in the heater unit box 1 are connected with a hot water pipe 9A of the floor panel 9.
