PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a system and method of performing high speed filtering of data by using a GPU (graphic processing unit). SOLUTION: According to embodiments of the present invention, the system and method of processing data comprises: acquiring an image frame including a plurality of pixels from a target object using a GPU (graphic processing unit) including a video memory; grouping the plurality of pixels of the image frame so that each predetermined number of the pixels of the image frame are into a group according to a user input for processing the image frame; uploading each of the groups to a respective block of the video memory; and performing operations on the groups of the video memory.
