PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in a conventional air flow control device, since execution of work of a hood and a duct is required with respect to each machine tool, large cost is required for the execution of work and appearance of a plant is deteriorated. SOLUTION: By an ascending air flow of contaminated air generated in an operation area 2, an ascending air flow caused by suction action of a suction hood 3 and an air flow blown out from a nozzle set 4, an air flow leaked from the suction hood 3 forms a turning flow around the suction hood 3. Thus, this can reduce execution of work of the hood and duct requiring large cost and deteriorating the appearance of the plant, facilitate layout change of the plant while saving execution of work, and keep the operation area 2 clean.
