PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new easily produceable cyclic phosphorylated product exhibiting higher surface activity by the addition of a small amount compared to a conventional one-chain one-hydrophilic group-containing surfactant, and useful as a two-chains one-hydrophilic group-containing surfactant. SOLUTION: The cyclic phosphorylated product having a diester bond of phosphoric acid is represented by general formula (2) (wherein, R1 is hydrogen or alkyl; R2 is methylene; the total of the numbers of carbons in R1 and R2 is 8-24; X is a hydrogen ion, a metal ion or an ammonium ion; and n is an integer of 1-20).
