PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain activity improvement apparatus and a skin aging inhibition apparatus. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the brain activity improvement apparatus which causes an air flow generated using an air flow generator to deliver to the head part. The brain activity improvement apparatus includes a case, an air inlet formed to one side of the case, an air flow generator including a ceramic plate part for generating hydrogen ions and an electron generating part which is set apart from the ceramic plate and generates electrons and super oxide anions, and a delivery port for delivering the super oxide anions and hydrogen atoms generated by the air flow generator to the head part.
