PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow designers on any level to easily perform verification regardless of experience and make corrections in a short time even if the verification finds errors. SOLUTION: A central processing unit 101 obtains design specification data of each design section and calculates a first print time according to the design specification data of each design section. The central processing unit 101 determines whether or not the calculated first print time exceeds a desired value, and if determining that the first print time exceeds the desired value, searches for a combination of design specification data under which the first print time satisfies the predetermined desired value.
