PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting with high sensitivity the binding, between an object material and a target material, without having to label, such as fluorescent labeling and a radiation labeling. SOLUTION: The method for detecting the binding between the materials is provided and includes: a step S1 for implementing a binding reaction of a predetermined quantity of the target material and the object material having a binding capability to the target material (1); a step S3 for quantifying the target material which does not react (2); and a step S4 for calculating a difference between the initial quantity of the target material and a quantitative value of the target material which does not react (3).
