PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daily use well which enables the long-term use of a construction well constructed for drainage, and a method for constructing the daily use well. SOLUTION: This daily use well 1 includes: a tubular outer pipe 9 which is installed in its hole 8, and can collect groundwater inward; an inner pipe 10 which is installed in the outer pipe 9 so as to pump up the groundwater in the outer pipe 9 to the ground; a sealing member 11 which is provided in a gap formed between the outer and inner pipes 9 and 10; and a pumping pump 12 for pumping up the groundwater.
