<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and an imaging apparatus combining a simple heat radiation structure and excellent assembling property by using a metal case and an inner made of high heat conductive resin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An internal unit 20 integrated by embedding a cover 22, a substrate 23, or the like inside the inner 21 made of high heat conductive resin is assembled, and ribs 10a of an aluminum case 10 are fitted into rail grooves 21a of the inner 21. The internal unit 20 is slidingly inserted into the case 10 from the upper end face of the case 10 to assemble a camera 1. A plate spring 21b made of high heat conductive resin and formed integrally with the inner 21 comes in contact with the case 10 and an IC 23a mounted to the substrate 23. Heat generated at the IC 23a is thereby efficiently radiated through the inner 21 and the case 10.
