<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending device which can accurately bend a resin panel uniformly in the width direction at a prescribed angle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bending device 3 includes a bending mold 31 which protrudes the bending end of the flexible resin panel to fix it and a bending mechanism 32 which bends the resin panel at a prescribed angle along the wedge 35a of the bending mold 31 to deform the panel plastically. The bending mechanism 32 includes a bending roller 37 confronting the wedge 35a in parallel, a roller holder 38 which supports the bending roller 37 rotatably, a bending motion mechanism 34 which moves the bending roller 37 to follow the wedge 35a through the roller holder 38 to make the roller 37 perform a bending motion, and a free support mechanism 39 which is installed between the roller holder 38 and the bending motion mechanism 34 and supports the bending roller 37 to make it maintain a posture to follow the wedge 35a in a bending motion.
