GREEN CURABLE COMPOSITION, COLOR FILTER ARRAY FORMED FROM THE SAME, SOLID-STATE IMAGING DEVICE AND CAMERA SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green curable composition which can form a green filter layer capable of achieving high color density without deteriorating spectral characteristics. SOLUTION: The green curable composition used for forming a pattern by selective etching comprises a dye having absorption in a wavelength region of≤500 nm, a dye having absorption in a wavelength region of≥550 nm, a curing agent and a solvent wherein the amount of solid components in the composition is 5-30 mass% relative to the entire composition, and based on 100 pts.mass of the solid components, the content of the dyes is 30-70 pts.mass and the content of the curing agent is 30-80 pts.mass.
