PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cosmetic excellent in both spreadability and feeling in use when applied. SOLUTION: The liquid cosmetic includes (A) 5-50 mass% of compounded powder obtained by mixing (a) powder and (b) oil together in supercritical or subcritical carbon dioxide, (B) 0-46 mass% off powder other than the component (A) and (C) 20-95 mass% of a liquid incompatible with the (b) oil; wherein the mass ratio (a)/(b) is (99:1) to (70:30).
