PURPOSE: A tax refund system for a foreign shopper, a device, and an operation method thereof are provided to refund a tax easily and safely from a refund window. CONSTITUTION: A store terminal and POS(300) produce a product price and a related tax while printing of a product sales statement. The store terminal and POS print a unique identifier corresponding to the sales statement. A refund window terminal and POS(500) recognize the unique identifier of the sales statement. The refund window terminal and POS request refund information of the sales statement corresponding to the unique identifier to a center server. The refund window terminal and POS check inquiry of the refund information of the sales statement. The refund window terminal and POS process a tax refund. |
