A DIAGNOSING KIT FOR HUMAN COLON CANCER

PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing human intestinal cancer and a method for detecting human intestinal cancer marker are provided to quickly and cheaply determine intestinal cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing human intestinal cancer comprises a nucleotide sequence selected from sequences 1-38, complementary sequence thereof, or nucleotide fragment. The kit is a microarray. The nucleotide sequence of sequence numbers 1-11 is over-expressed in intestinal cancer tissue. The nucleotide sequence of sequence numbers 12-38 is down-expressed in intestinal cancer tissue. The intestinal cancer is colon cancer or rectum cancer.
