BATTERY AND BATTERY PACK COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A battery and a battery pack including thereof are provided to easily collect the electric current while maintaining the heat emission efficiency, using the battery including a cooling hole. CONSTITUTION: A battery comprises the following: an electrode assembly; a main body unit(100) including a cooling hole(H1) formed to a first direction; and a positive electrode terminal(50a) and a negative electrode terminal(50b) formed to a second direction. The first direction and the second direction perpendicularly cross each other. The cooling hole penetrates the main body unit, while the positive and the negative electrode terminals are extended to the upper side of the main body unit. The main body unit includes an internal frame which is surrounded by the electrode assembly.
