HYDROGEN PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of high temperature steam supplied from facilities other than the own system.

SOLUTION: The hydrogen production system 1 is provided with: a reactor 3 for converting carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide in a process fluid by the reaction of the humidified process fluid outputted from a humidifier 2 under a catalyst; a second flow path B through which the high temperature process fluid after the reaction in the reactor 3 flows; a circulation path C for circulating excess water in the humidifier 2; and a first heat exchanger 7 provided in a position where the circulation path C crosses the second flow path B, and performing heat exchange between the high temperature process fluid after the reaction in the reactor 3 and the fluid circulating in the circulation path C.
