<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-definition and high-sensitivity imaging apparatus and electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a compound eye unit 10 having a plurality of imaging units 100-1 to 100-N (N is a natural number); an image composition part 20; and a band limiting processing part 30. The imaging units 100-1 to 100-N includes: image forming optical systems 110-1 to 110-N; optical band limiting filters 120-1 to 120-N; and imaging elements 140-1 to 140-N. The compound eye unit 10 is configured so that the image of an object formed in the imaging elements 140-1 to 140-N is shifted by each shift amount s and sampled. When the cutoff frequency of the optical band limiting filters 120-1 to 120-N is defined as fo, the pixel pitch of the imaging elements 140-1 to 140-N is defined as p and the cutoff frequency of the band limiting processing part 30 is defined as fc, the imaging apparatus satisfies 1/2p<fo≤1/2s and fc≤fo. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
