摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden such as communication costs due to information transfer when utilizing functions of a tachograph or a navigation device on a chargeable electric car or a chargeable plug-in hybrid car. <P>SOLUTION: A charge monitoring apparatus includes: a vehicle ID holding portion 143 that holds vehicle-side identification information; a PLC modem 141 that utilizes a power-supply line as a signal transmission path so as to exchange information in-between a vehicle external device connected to a power-supply line on the external power-supply equipment side; a vehicle-side information storing portion that stores information generated in the vehicle; and a control portion 142 that executes communication in-between the vehicle external device via the PLC modem 141 when charging a battery on the vehicle by utilizing power from the external power-supply equipment, transmits the vehicle-side identification information held by the vehicle ID holding portion 143 to the vehicle external device, and also transmits the information stored by the vehicle-side information storing portion to the vehicle external device when prescribed conditions are satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
