<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which comprises a radio module whose mounted space is reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises a case 21 and a printed circuit board 22 accommodated inside the case 21. The printed circuit board 22 includes a printed wiring board 26 comprising an opening 34 and a radio module 27 mounted on the printed wiring board 26 oppositely to the opening 34. The radio module 27 includes a component substrate 43 which has one surface 43B opposed to the opening 34 and another surface 43A on an opposite side to the one surface 43B and in which a chip 44 is mounted on the other surface 43A; a terminal part 45 in which a plurality of terminals 45A connected to the printed wiring board 26 are disposed, and an antenna 46 which is provided at a position out of the terminal part 45 on the one surface 43B of the component substrate 43 and exchanges radio waves with the outside by driving the chip 44.
