PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing concrete block for civil engineering structure by which stylization to arrange natural stones is established to secure the quality and working efficiency is improved to reduce the working time, and to provide the concrete block for civil engineering structure. SOLUTION: In the method of producing the concrete block for civil engineering structure by integrating a plurality of the natural stones S filled into a form work 1 with the concrete 25 placed in the form work 1, a stamp 8 having a preliminarily fixed designed shape is pressed to form a recessed part 10 on the upper surface of the concrete 25 and the natural stones S are filled in the recessed part 10 to integrate with the concrete 25 when the concrete 25 placed in the form work 1 is semi-hardened state.
