PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a luggage at a lower surface side of a package tray by using a lower storage part, and to secure a wide luggage space in a luggage chamber when the lower storage part is not used. SOLUTION: The package tray 10 arranged at an upper side of the luggage chamber 50 in a vehicle includes a plate-like tray body 20; a stopper mounting hole 25 formed at a vehicle rear side of the tray body 20; a frame material 30 having a vehicle front side supported on the tray body 20 so as to be turnable, and a vehicle rear side which is openable and closable relative to a lower surface of the tray body 20; a flexible member 31 provided on the frame material 30 so as to be tensional; and a stopper 33 provided at a rear end of the frame material 30 and fixing the frame material 30 in the closed state by making it engaged with the stopper mounting hole 25.
