PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemodialyzer capable of determining whether or not it is appropriate dialysis treatment capable of being approximate to dry weight in a dialysis treatment process and attaining an appropriate water removing speed. SOLUTION: A blood purifying device includes a dialysis treatment means, a hematocrit sensor 5, a calculation means 9, and a control means 10. The control means 10 executes: a determination process of removing water at a predetermined stipulated water removal speed in the dialysis treatment means and determining whether or not it is an appropriate value capable of being approximate to the dry weight on the basis of the transition of a circulated blood amount change rate calculated in the calculation means 9; and a control process of continuing the water removal at the stipulated water removal speed when determined that the stipulated water removal speed is appropriate in the determination process, and changes the water removal speed so as to be the transition of the circulated blood amount change rate capable of being approximate to the dry weight and removing the water thereafter when determined that the stipulated water removal speed is not appropriate in the determination means.
