PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening section device without a complex structure which is equipped with a pivot hinge that can easily fine-tune inside the horizontal surface of a pivot axis and a bearing. SOLUTION: The opening section device is provided with the pivot hinge. A pivot axis side member 50 or a bearing side member of the pivot hinge is provided with a moving board 55 which is a plate-like member equipped with a long hole 55a inside which at least one part of the pivot axis 51, or the bearing and the pivot axis, or the bearing is placed, a first adjusting member 54 which is equipped on the moving board and is directly connected to the pivot axis or the bearing to enable the pivot axis or the bearing to move straight in the longitudinal direction of the long hole of the moving board, and a second adjusting member 57 which is equipped on the moving board to enable the moving board to move straight in the different direction than the longitudinal direction of the long hole of the moving board.
