PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing plant capable of shortening kneading time to raise manufacturing capacity by performing an effective preliminary mixing before putting in a mixer. SOLUTION: A pre-mix chute 15 horizontally rotatable by a drive motor 23 is arranged between several metering tanks and a lower positioned mixer 13. The drive motor 23 is enabled to change speed by a revolution controller 26, wherein the drive motor 23 revolves the pre-mix chute 15 in high-speed in early stage of putting sands and ballasts so that centrifugal force is heightened to push sands and ballasts in layers to stick against inner wall of the pre-mix chute 15 thereby forming a sand-ballast layer A in which sands and ballasts lap alternately, and switches the pre-mix chute 15 to low-speed after a given time from the start of putting so that centrifugal force is weakened thereby flowing the layered sand and ballast at once down along the inner wall of the pre-mix chute 15 and put in the mixer 13 while pre-mixing.
