PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent container, an automatic analysis system and a reagent management method, for preventing an operator from coupling reagents corresponding to an inspection item in such the state that the reagents are combined incorrectly. SOLUTION: The reagent container for containing two kinds of reagents, which are used in combination with each other for each measurement item of a test sample, includes: a first reagent container for containing a first reagent; a second reagent container for containing a second reagent; a pair of adapters each having a specific fitting shape corresponding to the measurement item at its surface; and groove parts which are grooved in both lateral sides of the first reagent container and the second reagent container, and to each of which one side of each adapter is detachably attached.
